摘要
在广泛研究铀(Ⅵ)三元协萃基础上,本文提出一种尽快找到三元协萃存在条件的正交设计法。以L<sub>9</sub>(3<sup>4</sup>)正交表作为实验设计方案,因素个数取3个位级,对ABC(HTTA+DBSO十(C<sub>0</sub>H<sub>5</sub>),AsCl)、A<sub>1</sub>A<sub>z</sub>C(HTTA+HPMBP+(C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>5</sub>)<sub>4</sub>AsCl)、A<sub>1</sub>A<sub>2</sub>B(HTTA+HPMBP+TOPO)三个协萃体系进行实验正交设计,结果表明可以大大减少实验工作量,节省试剂,且可对上述体系的应用提供可靠的依据。
It was found that ternary synergic effect occurred during the extraction of uranyl thiocyanate with chloroform solution of HTTA + DBSO+ (C6H5),AsCl system, HTTA + HPMBP+ (C6H5)1AsCl system and the extraction of uranyl nitrate by HTTA + HPMBP + TOPO system. An orthogonal array was proposed to find out the optimized condition of ternary synergism from the solvent extraction data. in which L9(34) orthogonal table was taken as the experimental scheme and the factor number of three level was used. This method is rather simple, rapid, saving reagents and time, meanwhile it offers the foundation base of practical application for ternary synergism.
