论中国文学史的史观与分期、前沿问题

On the Historical Views and the Period-divisions of the Chinese Literary History

本文认为 ,在当代文学史观的形成中 ,应努力吸取现代科学的积极成果 ,但不应背离文学史的科学基础———辩证唯物史观 ;中国文学史应是中华各民族文学相互影响、相互促进的历史 ;中国文学发展从不自觉的“前文学”到自觉的文学 ,经历了文学理论观念不断变革和文学形态不断丰富的过程 ;文学的历史分期应顾及社会形态的差异 ,但主要应根据文学自身发展形态的变化分为上世、中世、近世三个时期 ;当前中国文学史的编写应努力在研究中华各民族文学的异同和关系 ,吸收近年在填补空白、发掘佚文等方面的新成果 ,确立科学的思想和艺术的评价标准等学术前沿的有关问题方面取得新的成就。

The author considers that it ought to strive to assimilate the positive outcome of modern science in the course of formation of the contemporary literary historical views on the condition not to violate the principle of dialectical materialism, which is the scientific basis of literary history; That the Chinese literary history should be a history of various Chinese national literatures which were influenced and promoted by each other; That the development of Chinese literature from unconscious one to self-conscious one underwent incessant reforms and enrichment of literary theoretical views and literary genres; That it ought to take into consideration the different social conditions for the period-divisions in literary history, thus dividing it into three periods of ancient times, middle ages and modern times according to the development of literature itself; That we must absorb the recent achievements in the literary researches on the similarities and differences of various Chinese national literatures related with each other.
