原油粘度和凝固点对管道输油运价的影响

Influence of Crude Viscosity and Pour Point on the Transportation Price of Oil Pipeline

在我国现行管输原油运价中,未考虑原油物性的影响因素。为今后核定高粘高凝油的运价,选取大庆、胜利、中原、辽河等管输原油,从工艺计算、投资、成本、运价水平等方面进行测算,以求出管输原油的运价调整系数。

The interfering factor of crude substance has not been considered in the transportation price of oil pipeline nowadays in China. For checking and ratifying the future transportation price of those crude with high viscosity and high pour point, the paper sellects those crude pipelines of Taqing, Sheng li, Zhongyuan and Liaohe and does some estimates in the fields of process calculation, capital investment, operation cost and transportation price level, etc in order to find out the regulating factor of oil pipeline transportation price.
