Controlling Method of Pumps in Parallel for Close-line Oil Trans-portation

针对我国绝大多数老管线都是并联运行,欲进行安全节能改造,实现密闭输油,以并联泵并联控制为宜。以铁秦输油管线为例,从泵出口阀门的阀位设定、阀门控制、阀门选择以及站内保护等方面阐述了此种控制方法。

Based on the most existed Pipelines operating in parallel in China, it is better to control pumps in parallel in order to do the renovation for safty and energy saving and to do the accomplishment for close-line operation. Taking Tie-Qin Oil Pipeline as an example, the following control method has been reviewed in the fields of positioning, controlling and sellec-ting those valves installed at pump discharge side and protecting inside pump station, etc.
