摘要
为查找压缩机密封环故障原因,在理论分析与计算的基础上,深入现场实际调查,最终发现损坏密封环的直接原因是“气阻”所致,而“气阻”又是因一微小零件失效造成的。原因找到后,故障的排除非常顺利,并且积累了宝贵的经验。
Based on the theoretical analysis and calculation, it has been done to investigate deeply the breaking down reason of compressor Sealing ring on site. Finally, it has been found that the directive reason of breaking the ring is caused by the so called Air Resistance, while the Air Resistance is caused by an ineffective minor part.
