摘要
司法审查在世界贸易组织协定 (简称WTO协定 )中被多次提到 ,虽然WTO协定没有规定各国应制定统一的司法审查制度 ,但司法审查制度在各成员方履行WTO协定义务方面是非常重要的。这对我国司法审查制度是一个新的挑战 ,我国应进一步完善现行的司法审查制度。
Judicial review is mentioned many times in the Convention of WTO. It is true that WTO has no sole system of judicial review for all members to abide by, but this system is very important for them to carry out the duties of WTO. This is a new challenge to the system of Chinese judicial review, so we should improve the current system of judicial review accordingly.
