Based on the investigation of oil pump stations and the theoretical calculation, such sayings that noise of pump station had greatly surpassed the standard has been denied. The paper puts forward a simple and effective measure in accordance with the labour protection by such practical case that pump station operators are exposed intermittently in the much noisy environment
