The international political pattern after the cold-war has changed thoroughly. The world is wxperiencing a shifting period from the two-pole pattern to the multipolarization pattern. The trend of multipolarization is continuously developing. As for the multipolarization, we should not only grasp the essence of it accurately, but know the quantitative prescriptions well. There are many factors including objective ones and subjective ones promoting the movement of multipolarization.
