摘要
教师职业倦怠是指教师长期处在社会的、职业的、心理的、组织的、人际的等种种压力下而产生的指向教师职业的各种消极情绪体验的总和。其成因主要有:教育体制改革带来的挑战;职业的特殊性决定了教师心理常常超负荷过重的工作压力。其主要心理表现在厌教心理、厌生心理、个性心理缺陷和职业离弃心理4个方面。解决教师职业倦怠可以从教师培训管理与教师个人调节两个层面着手。
Teachers' occupational accidie refers to the summation on various passive emotional experience developed from long-term pressure of society, occupation, psyche, organization, interpersonal relations. The underlying causes are as follows: challenges resulted from educational system reform, pressure due to overloaded work. Such occupational accidie is manifested as teaching-weariness psyche, student-weariness psyche, personal psyche defect and occupation-abandon psyche. This problem can be solved by the way of teacher training management and individual adjustment.
