老年糖尿病肾病血小板活化分子检测的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 通过检测血小板活化时表达的特异膜糖蛋白分子 ,以探讨老年糖尿病肾病时血小板的活化状态及其临床意义。方法 利用流式细胞仪 (FCM)检测 35例老年糖尿病肾病患者及 2 4例正常人外周血血小板的膜糖蛋白CD 6 2P ,CD 6 3,CD 4 1,CD 6 1的表达。结果 老年糖尿病肾病组的CD 6 2P ,CD 6 3表达与正常对照组比较均显著增高 (P <0 0 0 1) ,同时老年糖尿病肾病组的CD 4 1,CD 6 1表达与正常人组比较差异没有显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 老年糖尿病肾病患者的血小板活化增强 ,因此检测血小板活化分子的特异膜糖蛋白在老年糖尿病肾病中有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate active platelet status in elderly diabetic nephropathy and its clinical significance by detection of activated platelet membrane glycoprotein. Methods In 35 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy and 24 normal controls, the expression level of peripheral platelet membrane glycoprotein CD 62P, CD 63, CD 41 and CD 61 were measured by flow cytometry. Results The expression levels of CD 62P and CD 63 on platelet in group of elderly patients were no significant difference as compared to normal control (P>0.05). Conclusion The platelet activity increases in elderly patient with diabetic nephropathy. Detection of activated platelet membrane glycoprotein in them had an important clinical value.
