摘要
中外教师合作教学,不同的文化背景,不同的教学理念指导下的课堂教学自然就会产生不同的效果。笔者通过跟踪听课,与中外教师的访谈和对学生问卷调查反馈的信息,从中国师生感受到的外籍教师和中外教师就共同关心的问题所作的反思和探讨,进行了总结分析。
With team-teaching between a Chinese teacher and a foreign teacher, different classroom teaching effects are achieved owing to different cultural background, different understandings to teaching. Based on follow-up classroom observation, interviews with both Chinese and foreign teachers, and questionnaires targeted at students, this paper analyzes and summarizes Chinese students' perceptions on the foreign teacher, reflections and explorations on some commonly concerned issues by both Chinese and the foreign teacher.
