比较依托咪酯和异丙酚用于人工流产术麻醉观察效果

Comparison on effect of Etomidate Disoprofol on Anesthesia of Artificial Abortion

目的 比较异丙酚和依托咪酯用于人工流产术麻醉的效果和不良反应。方法 4 0例病人分别用异丙酚 2 .5mg/kg、依托咪酯 0 .3mg/kg行静脉麻醉。结果 2者均能满足手术要求 ,术中呼吸、循环抑制 ,异丙酚强于依托咪酯 ,肢体不自主运动情况依托咪酯强于异丙酚 ,苏醒速度和质量异丙酚优于依托咪酯 ,手术医生和病人评价异丙酚优于依托咪酯。结论 异丙酚和依托咪酯均可用于无痛人工流产术 ,但异丙酚优于依托咪酯。

Objective To compare the anesthesia effect and side reaction on artificial abortion between etomidate and disoprofol. Methods 40 cases of artificial abortion patient were treated with etomidate 0.3mg/kg and disoprofol 2.5mg/kg separately. Results Both group could reach the satisfied effect. The respiratory and circulatory inhibition in disoprofol was strong than etomidate and limb motion was lower than that in etomidate. But awake rate and quality, assessment were better than etomidate.Conclusion The disoprofol might be better than etomidate in anesthesia on artificial abortion.
