米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止11^+～14周妊娠42例疗效分析

Curative Analysis on Terminated Pregnancy at 11^+～14 Weeks with Mifepristone and Misoprofil

目的 探讨药物流产的疗效及方法 ,减少钳刮术的不良后果。方法 对 4 2例妊娠 11+ ～ 14周不同产妇给予口服米非司酮及米索前列醇 ,观察宫内流出物时间、量 ,并行清宫术。结果 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于晚期流产 ,使宫口扩张充分、出血少 ,手术时间短、痛苦小、机体损伤小 ,宫腔内手术操作简单。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇使宫颈软化、扩张充分 ,易于宫腔内容物排出。

Objective To discuss the curative effect and method of drug abortion in late stage to decrease the side effect of curettage. Methods 42 cases pregnancy women were taken mifepristone and misoprofil and flow material from uterus, time and volume were observed. Results and conclusion These two drugs could use in late stage abortion with advantages of outlet dilated of uterus, less bleeding, less time operation, pain injury and easy to perform.
