横切口腹膜外剖宫产术398例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 398 Cases of Extra-peritoneum Cesarean Section with Transverse Incision

目的 讨论横切口腹膜外剖宫产的优越性。方法 通过 398例剖宫产病例介绍手术方法 ,总结手术过程 ,历经手术时间 ,对母婴影响及对产后情况进行总结。结果 手术时间平均 35min ,住院时间缩短 ,术后病率低。结论 横切口施腹膜外剖宫产优越性较多。

Objective To discuss the superiority of extra-peritoneum cesarean section with transverse incision. Methods The operative methods, time, affection to mother and infant and prognosis were summarized in 398 cases. Results The average operative time was 35min with shorten hospitalized time and low post operative complication. Conclusion This method might have good superiority.
