摘要
目的:探讨锌离子对血小板聚集功能的影响。方法:采用富含血小板血浆凝胶过滤后血小板,在体外加入Zn2+或其他诱聚剂观察其对血小板的诱聚作用和相互作用。结果:在Zn2+为60-800μmol/L时可诱导凝胶过滤后的血小板聚集。这一聚集过程不伴有ATP释放,并且不受环氧化酶抑制剂的影响。结论:Zn2+诱导血小板聚集与血小板膜糖蛋白功能有关,而且需要纤维蛋白原的介导,由此提示二价锌离子可能在血栓形成与止血中具有一定作用。
Objective: To explore the influence of Zn2+ on the aggregation function. Methods: Platelet rich plasma was filtered by gelatum to obtain platelets, then Zn2+ and other platelet aggregation inducers were added in vitro to observe their influence on induction of platelet aggregation and their interaction. Results: Zn2+ at the concentration of 60 - 800 μmol/L could induce aggregation of platelet filtered by gelatum. This course of aggregation was not accompanied with release of ATP and did not affected by cyclooxygenase inhibitors. Conclusion: Platelet aggregation induced by Zn2+ was related with the function of platelet membrane glycoproteins and depended on mediation by fibrinogen. It suggested that Zn2+ may play a role in thrombosis and haemostasis.
