Determination of assay of Retinol in cream

建立了膏霜中 V_A 醇的的分析方法。结果表明,这种方法是一快速简便准确的方法,回收率 99.1%～100.9%,变异系数0.7%。

A new method has been developed for analysing assay of Retinol in cream.The results show that this method is rapid,simple,accurate and repeatable.Recoveries of 99.1%～100.9% and RSD of 0.7% (n=4)for the method were obtained.
