Primary mycobacterial spindle cell pseudotumor ( MSP) of the lymph nodes is rare, and is usually found in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome ( AIDS) , HIV + or after an organic transplantation. The histological presentation in this population is spindle cell proliferation referred to as mycobacterial pseudotumor. Here is a first report concerning the mycobacterial spindle
