临沂市1994～2001年流动人口传染病发病分析

Analysis on incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in floating population in Linyi, 1994～2001

目的 对 1994～ 2 0 0 1年临沂市流动人口传染病发病情况调查分析。方法 利用传染病登记报告资料和现场调查资料 ,对流动人口的传染病发病情况进行统计分析并与常住人口比较。结果 1994～ 2 0 0 1年流动人口传染病发病率逐年上升 ,平均年发病率高于常住人口 ,发病占前三位的是病毒性肝炎、流行性出血热、痢疾。与常住人口相比较 ,发病顺位、构成比、病种有较大不同。

Objective To analyse the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in floating population from 1994 to 2001 in Linyi. Methods According to the reported and investigated data, the incidence rates for the floating and permanent population were analyzed. Results From 1994 to 2001, the total rate in notifiable infectious diseases in floating population were increased year by year, and were higher than that of permanent residents. The three leading rates of notifiable infectious diseases were virus hepatitis, hemorrhage fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) and dysentery. The position, constituent ratio and type of notifiable infectious diseases were different between floating and permanent population. Conclusions The notifiable infectious diseases in floating population have become a very important problem.
