急诊微创内固定治疗踝部骨折脱位300例 被引量:3

Emergency treatment of fracture and dislocation of ankle joint with minimally invasive internal fixation in 300 cases

摘要 目的 探讨急诊微创内固定治疗踝部骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法 根据300例单踝、双踝或三踝骨折部位和类型,急诊微创操作,解剖复位,钢丝张力带和拉力螺钉单独或组合固定,早期进行功能锻炼。结果 随访281例,未出现感染、畸形、骨不连和关节僵硬等并发症;远期随访269例,除3例行踝关节融合术,其他未发生创伤性关节炎。结论 急诊微创内固定治疗踝部骨折脱位具有手术简单、创伤小、复位好、固定牢、锻炼早、愈合快、并发症少的优点,以最小的创伤获得最佳疗效,关节功能恢复快而好。 Objective To evaluate the efforts of minimally invasive internal fixation in the emergency treatment of fracture-dislocation of ankle joint.Methods 300 patients wilh fracture-dislocation of ankle joint were classified as rnonomallrolar,himalleolar and tnmalleolar fractures,ami given minimally invasive operation and anatomie reduction immediately after admission.Their frae lure-dial oration was fixed using tension band wire or lag aerew or both.Early functional exercise was done.Results Short-term follow-ups showed no complications in 281 patients,such as infection,malunion,nonunion,or ankylosis.Of 269 patients who were followed up for more llian 3 years.3 patients received fusion of ankle joint,and the others did not present traumatic arthritis.Conclusion The emergency treatment of fracture-dislocation of ankle joint with minimally invasive internal fixation is recom-mendale,because it is simple and leas traumatic,and can give satisfactory reduction,firm fixation,earlier functional exercise:,more rapid recovery and fewer complications.
