摘要
目的探索中药凉血活血复方治疗银屑病的可能机制及考察量效关系,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法用小鼠实验模型观察不同剂量凉血活血复方对小鼠阴道上皮有丝分裂、鼠尾鳞片表皮颗粒层形成、血浆内皮素1(ET-1)和血清可溶性E-选择素(sE-selectin)的影响。结果中、高剂量凉血活血复方对表皮增殖、分化及血浆ET-1和血清sE-selectin均有明显调节作用。低剂量组仅对表皮增殖有抑制作用。结论凉血活血复方可能通过阻断多个发病环节起到治疗银屑病的作用,这种作用与剂量有关。
Objective The objective of this study is to search possible therapeutic mechanism in treating psoriasis with the Cooling Blood and Activating Blood Circulation Formula,and to explore the correlation between the dosage and therapeutic effects so as to provide experimental basis for its using in clinical.Methods This study observed the effects of different dosage of Cooling Blood and Activating Blood Circulation Formula on the mitosis of mouse vaginal epithelium,the granular layer formation of mouse tail scale epidermis,the plasma endothelin-1(ET-1)levels and serum soluble E-se-lectin levels in mouse model.Results The middle and high dosage of the formula revealed significant regulating effects on proliferation and differentiation of epidermis and on the plasma ET-1and serum sE-selectin levels of the mouse.But the low dosage could only inhibit the mitosis of epithelium cells.Conclusions The therapeutic effects of the Cooling Blood and Activating Blood Circulation Formula on psoriasis might be achieved by blocking several links of chain in the pathogenesis of psoriasis,and these effects were related to dosage.
