摘要
本文通过高程归化和高斯投影对长度变形影响的计算,并对大庆市过去的主要城镇、工厂长期使用的坐标成果进行分析,发现大庆市区与工厂区的长度变形远远超过了城市测量规范要求,同时与国家制定的地籍测量规范也不相符合。因而提出应以市区中部经度125°为主子午线的任意带高斯平面直角坐标系统,供今后城市测量和地籍测量之用。
Through calculating the length deformations influenced by level reducing and Gauss projection andanalysing the coordinate results of towns and plants of long-term use in Daqing city,the auther finds thatthe length deformations in urban and plant districts have gone beyond the requirments of city survey stan-dard and do not accord with the land register survey standard formulated by the country.Therefore the au-thor suggests the city and land register survey should be based on the central part of the city,Gauss planright-angled coordinate system.Its longitude is at 125 meridian arbitrary belt.
