摘要
以防止水化物为目的的甘醇脱水工艺管输低压天然气时,主要缺点是成本高和重烃的损耗。本文根据辽河油田低压天然气的性质、大气温度和地温条件,结合某些非脱水低压输气管线运行的实践,通过对低压天然气管输过程中形成水化物的分析,探讨了利用冬季大气温度低的有利条件,冷却低压天然气,进行低温脱液、回收重烃的工艺方案,并论述了工艺的可行性和适应性。
Based on the properties of natural gas,the atmospheric and ground temperatures in Liaohe oilfield,com-bined with several practices of nondehydration operations in low pressure gas transferring pipelines andthrough analysing the hydrate formed in the course of transferring low pressure natural gas in (?)es, this article discusses the technology plan of low temperature dehydration and recovering heavy hydrocarbonby,utilizing the advantage(the atmospheric temperature is very low in winter)to cool low pressure naturalgas.This article also explain the feasibility and adoptability of the technology.
