摘要
本文根据原油沉降脱水的工艺过程和分散相在连续相中的粒度组成累积曲线,结合沉降段的结构特点及参数,应用斯托克斯公式计算不同液滴的沉降速度,建立了可脱除液滴粒径的函数关系式,进而提出了一种新的原油沉降脱水工艺设计计算式。
Based on the theoretical principle of crude oil settling dehydration and the accumulation curve formed bydroplet sizes of the disperse phase,combined with the characteristics of the structure design of the settee-ing section,this article sets up a mathmatical expression of drop sizes able to be dehydrated and puts for-ward a new calculation formula for crude oil settling dehydration.
