浅析磁防垢机理及现场应用规律

摘要 本文对磁防垢机理作了较为深刻地研究和探讨,并通过大量的实际调查和现场试验确认,磁防垢技术用于注水系统中的有效率可达80%以上,是一种简单可行、投资少、见效快的防垢方法.另外,通过现场的实际应用,摸索出关于磁处理器的选择与安装的最佳条件,以及磁防垢技术对含盐量、流态、流速和管理等项的具体要求. This article makes a fairly profound study and discussion on mechanism of magnet antis- cale. Through a lot of investigation and on-the-spot test, the author affirm that the effective rate of the waterflood system applied megnet antiscale technology can be over 80%. It certainly is an antiscale method which is simple in operation, less in investment and quick to became effective. In addition, the sample selection, the optimum condition of installation and management etc of the magnet treators have been tried to find out.
