p53和Cat-D及p16和pS2的表达对乳腺癌预后的影响

The Relationship Between Expression of p53,Cat-D,p16 and pS2 and Prognosis of Primary Breast Cancer

探讨p53、Cat-D、p16和pS2表达与乳腺癌分期、淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对160例乳腺癌组织进行p53、Cat-D、p16和pS2的检测。结果:随着肿瘤分期的提高,p53的阳性表达明显增加,pS2阳性表达明显降低,p16和Cat-D表达变化不显著。p53表达在有腋淋巴结转移者明显高于无腋淋巴结转移者(P<0.01),pS2、p16和Cat-D的表达则是无转移者高于有转移者(P<0.02～0.01)。p53表达在死亡组病例高于生存组,p16和Cat-D表达在生存组明显高于死亡组,而pS2的表达差异未达统计学意义(χ2=1.929)。结论:联合检测乳腺癌p53、p16、Cat-D基因表达对于判断预后和指导治疗可能具有实用价值。

Objective:To investigate the expression of p53?Cat-D,p16and pS2in the primary breast carcinoma and the relationship among the expression and the stage,axillary lymph nodes metastases,and prognosis of the patients.Methods:The expression of p53?Cat-D,p16and pS2in160paraffin-embeded breast carcinoma tissues were studied with immunohistochemical SP technique.Results:The expression of p53in primary breast cancer were increased remarkably as the stage growing,while pS2expression was down regulated and no change in expression of p16and Cat-D.The expression of p53in patients with axillary lymph node metastasis were signifi-cantly higher than that of without (P<0.01),while pS2,p16and Cat-D expression has the inverse result(P<0.02～0.01).In contrast to p16and Cat-D,the expression of p53was significantly higher in the died group than that of alive.The differences of pS2expression wasn't seen significantly between two groups.Conclusion:Combined detection of expression of p53,p16and Cat-D in primary breast carcinoma may have practical value in prognosis of the patients.
