摘要
目的 研究海水浸泡对失血性休克大鼠小肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体功能的影响。方法 采用雄性Wistar大鼠2 4只 ,分为正常对照组、平原休克组和海水休克组 ,每组 8只。分离小肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体 ,检测细胞色素aa3 、b、c、c1和能荷的水平。结果 海水休克组小肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体细胞色素aa3 、c、c1和能荷均显著低于对照组和平原休克组。结论 海水浸泡失血性休克大鼠小肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸链电子传递活性受到全面损伤 ,能量合成障碍 ,伤情显著加重。
Objective To study the effects of sea water immersing on mitochondrial function of intestinal mucosa in hemorrhagic shock rats. Methods Twenty four male Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups: control group( n =8), hemorrhagic shock group on land(Group A, n =8) and sea water immersing hemorrhagic shock group(Group B, n =8). Mitochondria were isolated from the intestinal mucosa. Cytochromes aa 3, b, c and c 1 and energy production were determined for the evaluation of the function of respiratory chain of the mitochondria in intestinal mucosa. Results The levels of cytochromes aa 3, c and c 1 and energy production in group B were significantly lower than those in group A and the control group. Conclusion Sea water immersing can damage the function of mitochondria in intestinal mucosa.
