摘要
目的 探讨氧自由基在胆管癌发生与发展中的作用。方法 通过细胞培养 ,采用紫外分光光度仪等测定体外培养胆管癌细胞QB内氧自由基中间产物丙二醛 (Malonbialdehyde ,MDA)含量 ,同时应用3 H 胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷掺入法观察氧自由基对QB增殖的影响。结果 高浓度氧自由基对胆管癌QB细胞增殖具有明显促进作用 ,抑制细胞内氧自由基水平可明显抑制QB细胞的增殖。结论 氧自由基水平能影响胆管癌细胞的增殖。
Objective To study the effect of oxygen free radical on the occurrence and development of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The MDA content of oxygen free radical in cells of cultured cholangiocarcinoma QB was determined using ultraviolet visible light spectrometer after cell culture. The effects of oxygen free radical on proliferation of cholangiocarcinoma QB were observed by 3H TDR incorporation. Results High concentration of oxygen free radical had promoting effects on the proliferation of cholangiocarcinoma QB. Conclusion The results indicate that the level of oxygen free radical may influence the proliferation of cholangiocarcinoma cells.
