射频消融子宫肌瘤的病理变化

Pathological changes in uterine leiomyoma tissue following radio-frequency ablation

目的 :探讨射频消融治疗子宫肌瘤的病理变化 .方法 :采用“BBT妇科多功能射频治疗仪”对在体子宫肌瘤消融治疗后 ,经肉眼、光镜、电镜观察其病理变化 .结果 :射频消融后瘤体缩小变硬 ,呈淡黄色 ;细胞变性 ,胞质内肌丝溶解消失 ,线粒体变性消失 ,核固缩 ,核膜消失 ,核碎裂 .结论 :射频消融治疗后 ,子宫肌瘤呈不可逆的变性坏死 。

AIM: To investigate the pathological changes after radio frequency caloric ablation therapy of uterus myoma. METHODS: After uterus myoma was ablated, the pathologic changes of uterus myoma were observed by naked eyes, microscope and electron microscope, respectively. RESULTS: The uterus myoma became smaller, harder and yellowish in color after ablation. The cells degenerated, myofilament in intracellular fluid were dissolved, mitochondrion degenerated and disappeared. The mitochondrion degenerated and disappeared and so did karyotheca with nuclear pyknosis and fragmentation. CONCLUSION: Uterus myoma has irreversible necrosis and degeneration after ablation, which provide pathologic proofs for clinical application
