摘要
采用 GC- MS联用技术分析比较垂序商陆根不同提取物的脂溶性化学成分 .色谱柱为 :DB- 5毛细管柱 ,载气为氦气 1 m L / m in ,柱温初始温度 5 0℃ ,先以 2 0℃ / m in的升温速率升至 1 70℃ ,再以 2℃ / m in的升温速率升至2 1 0℃ ;质谱用 EI离子源 .鉴定了 8种相对百分含量大于 0 .5 %的化学成分 ,其中的 3种成分 2 -甲氧基 - 4丙烯基苯酚、带状网翼甾醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 与商陆根中的 3种脂溶性成分相同 ;乙醚提取物与 CO2 超临界萃取物含有的主要化学成分种类相同 ,但含量不同 ;石油醚提取物含有的化学成分种类较少 ,石油醚萃取物所含成分种类相对较多 。
The analytical comparison of liposoluble components, extracted from Phytolacca americana L. by the different extracting technique. Experimental conditions: column; DB 5 capillary; initial temperature: 50℃, rate:20℃/min, intermediate temperature: 170℃, rate:2℃/min, finial temperature: 210℃ and MS detected with EI. Eight components which relative percent were higher than 0.5% were separated and characterized by GC MS; 3 kind components of them which are 2 methoxyl 4 propenyl phenol; zonarol and phthalic acid, ethyl ester are identical with components of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb. The main sorts components of extraction by aether solvens are the same as them of SFE.
