摘要
目的 研究肺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶 (MMPs)及其抑制剂 (TIMPs)在肺癌组织中的表达情况 ,以探讨MMPs及TIMPs在肺癌浸润和转移中的作用。方法 用SP免疫组化技术检测MMP 1、MMP 2、MMP 9、MMP 13、TIMP 1、TIMP 2在 10 4例肺癌组织中的表达。结果 肺癌组织中MMPs、TIMPs的阳性表达率均显著高于正常肺组织。MMP 2与肺癌分级有密切关系 ,MMP 9与淋巴结转移有密切关系 ,TIMP 1与肺癌分期和淋巴结转移有密切关系。肺癌组织中MMP 2与其抑制剂TIMP 2的表达呈正相关 ,MMP 9与TIMP 2的表达呈正相关。结论 MMPs和TIMPs在肺癌发展过程中具有重要作用 ,尤其是MMP 9和TIMP
Objective To determine the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases (TIMPs) in lung cancer specimens, and to find out the possible roles of MMPs and TIMPs in the infiltration and metastasis of lung cancer. Methods The expression of MMP 1, MMP 2, MMP 9, MMP 13, TIMP 1, TIMP 2 were detected in 104 lung cancer tissues by immunohistochemical method. Results The expressions of MMPs and TIMPs were up regulated in lung cancer tissues. The expression of MMP 2 was related to differentiated degree of tumor cells. MMP 9 correlated with lymph node metastasis of lung cancer. The positive rate of TIMP 1 was related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. In lung cancer tissues, there was positive correlation between MMP 2 and TIMP 2, and between MMP 9 and TIMP 2. Conclusion MMPs and TIMPs may play the important roles in the development of lung cancer. MMP 9 and TIMP 1 might promote the infiltration and metastasis of lung cancer.
