腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕378例分析

Laparoscopic operations in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility: A report of 378 cases

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的疗效。 方法 对 378例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕行电视腹腔镜下卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剔除术 ,粘连分离术 ,异位病灶电凝术 ,输卵管整形术及输卵管通液术。 结果 随访 198例时间 (4～ 5 0 )月 ,术后妊娠率 6 1 1% (12 1 198) ,症状缓解率 92 4 % (183 198)。 5例复发。 结论 腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕具有损伤小、恢复快、疗效高等特点。

Objective To study the efficacy of laparoscopic operations in endometriosis associated with infertility. Methods Video laparoscopic operations of ovariocystectomy, adhesiotomy, electrocoagulation, salpingoplasty and hydrotubotion were completed in 378 cases of endometriosis associated with infertility. Results A total of 198 cases were followed up for 4～50 months after operations, with the pregnancy rate 61 1%(121/198) and remission rate 92 4%(183/198). Recurrence was found in 5 cases. Conclusions Laparoscopic operations, characterized by minimal invasion, rapid postoperative recovery and better clinical effect, can be used in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility.
