本工作选用各种钾盐研究了阴离子对AP221破乳剂破乳效果的影响。一价阴离子对破乳剂水溶液的浊点和对破乳效果的影响是一致的,浊点降低幅度大,则破乳效果降低程度大。对于含二价阴离子的盐则不存在这种对应关系。盐浓度对破乳效果的影响非常复杂;I^-浓度越大则破乳效果越好;当CO(?)浓度为最佳值时破乳效果最好;而Cl^-浓度越大,破乳效果越差。有两种阴离子存在时,破乳效果介于各个阴离子单独存在时的破乳效果之间。
Five inorganic pottasium salts at equal K^+ concentrations are used to investigate the effect of anions on breaking-down by demulsifier AP221 of a kerosene/water(1:lin volume)emulsion prepared with Span-80.For monovalent anions,I^-,Br^- and Cl^-,there exists a relevent relation between the cloud point depression of AP221 aqueous solu- tion and the reduction in demulsifying efficiency:the more the anion decreases the cloud point,the more it reduces the demulsifying efficiency.For bivalent anions,SO_4^- and CO_3^-,such relation is not observed.The effect of variation in concentration of different pottasium salts on the demulsification is very complicated:the higher is the I^- concentration,the higher is the demulsifying effeciency;for CO_3^- there is an opti- mal concentration at which the demulsifying efficiency reaches maximum;the higher is the Cl^- concentration,the lower is the demulsifying efficiency.For mixtures of two anions some mixture rule is observed in their effect on the demulsifieation by AP221.
