摘要
对含有6种不同固体粉末的三相泡沫特性所作的研究表明:随固体粉末含量的增大,起泡高度和泡沫半衰期先增大,达到最大值后又降低;在一定范围内升高温度使起泡高度增大,泡沫半衰期减小。加入固泡剂明胶可使三相泡沫的稳定性有较大的提高。三相泡沫的寿命是相应两相泡沫的10—30倍。
The behavior of the triphase foam with different powdered solid materials is investigated experimentally. These materials are laterite, bentonite, lime, wood flour, slag, and glass fiber. The foaming agent used is sodium dodecyl sulfonate, the foam stabilizer—gelatin. It is shown vhat with increasing solid phase content both the height of foam initially formed and its half-life time go through a maximum. Introduction of solid phase leads to enlargement of the half-life time of foam 12—32 times. The effect of temperature and stabilizer concentration on above two characteristics and of temperature on the efficiency of stabilization by gelatin for triphase foam are similar to that for biphase one, as exemplified on slag flour containing foam.
