油井水泥膨胀剂ZG_3的研究及应用

LABORATORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND FIELD USES OF EXPANDING AGENT ZG_3 FOR OIL WELL CEMENT

本文介绍了油井水泥膨胀剂ZG_3的作用机理、室内性能评价、与国外同类产品D-29比较及现场应用效果。在固井水泥浆中加入0.3％—0.5％ZG_3可保证高压油气井的固井质量,有效地防止层间和环空窜流。

Expanding (gas-yielding) agent ZG_3 for oil well cement is a newly developed and manufactured additive to cement slurry and composed mainly of aluminum powder, stabilzer and filler. It begins to yield gaseous H_2 gradually in some time after being mixed with cement slurry. In laboratory performance evaluation it is shown that: 0.3％ ZG_3 decreases concrete strength not significantly; ZG_3 postpones thickening time of the slurry; ZG_ has no negative influence on rhcological behavior of the slurry; gas-yielding time of ZG_3 (beginning in 50—70 min and ending in 115—150 min) fits to technology of cementing operations; volume expansion of the slurries at normal pressure is ranged in 26—33％. In laboratory performance ZG_3 is comparable to D-29, B. J. Hughes, US. The field tests and uses of ZG_3 are very successful.
