摘要 本文报道了一种新型高温低伤害压裂液的增稠剂羟丙基田菁胶的水溶液性质,包括溶解速率、浓度、pH、无机盐对水溶液粘度的影响,粘温关系,分散剂的作用,水溶液的放置稳定性和流变性,简介了制备方法。 Hydroxypropylated sesbabia cannabia (Tianqin) gum (HPTQ) as a new gelling agent for fracturing fluids is developed. In this paper its synthesis is presented briefly and the properties of its aqueous solutions are investigated in dissolution, rheological, salt tolerence, and stability tests. The solubility, maintenance at higher temperatures (60℃) and time and shear stability of solution viscosities for HPTQ are much more higher than for unmodified Tianqin gum. With the help of dispersants (alcohols) a readily soluble grade of HPTQ is developed: complete dissolution is reached in 10—30 min at normal temperatures. The viscosity of aqueous solutions of HPTQ with bactericide introduced remains practically unchanged over a period of 90 hrs.
