有机钛与田菁胶的交联及其压裂液的应用 被引量:8

摘要 研究了上海有机化学研究所研制的有机钛交联剂TA-13与田菁胶的交联作用。广泛比较了影响交联反应的各种因素,例如:田菁胶的规格和浓度,交联剂的用量,pH值,交联时间等。考察了有机钛冻胶的耐温性。讨论了交联反应的机理。介绍了田菁胶有机钛压裂液在油田现场应用的情况。 The cross-linking of Tianqing (Sesbania Cannabina) gum in aqueous solution is conducted with an organic titanate cross-linking agent, TA-13, developed in Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, Academia Sinica. A lot of factors influcing the cross-linking is investigated, including here varieties of Tianqing gum, amours, solution concentrations and pH of Tianqing gum and organic titanate, and gelation time. The highest gel viscosities are obtained with 0.6% Tianqing and 16% titanate solutions in a ratio of gum to cross-linker 100:1. The gel can withstand as high temperature as 140℃ under 0.7MPa over 0.5 hr without breakdown, giving 35 g of water loss. The cross-linking mechanizms are studied on model compounds and a structural mode of cross-linked products is suggested. The uses of organotitanate-cross-linking Tianqing gelling fracturing fluids in Shengli, Liaohe and other Oil Fields of China for high-temperature (120—150℃) deep (~3000m) oil wells are described.
