PREPARATION OF GELLING PLUGGING AGENT WITH WHEAT STRAW SODIUM LIGNOSULFONATE

在室内用麦草木质素磺酸钠(NaLS)制备了可在70—90℃成胶、强度和稳定性较好的凝胶堵剂。配方适当的凝胶液,成胶时间在5—150h之间可调。由于NaLS价廉、易得,该凝胶堵剂将可用于油田堵水和调剖。

A gelling plugging agent from wheat straw sodium lignosulfonat (NaLS) is prepared in laboratory. The composition of gellable fluids is investigated for gelation time determinations. A usable formulation for gelling plugging fluids is suggested as follows: NaLS 9-11％, phenol 1-3％, 36％-formaldehyde 8-9％, and tannin extract 1-2％; pH=9.5-10.5. The gelation time at 70—90℃ can be varied in range 5—150 hrs. The gel strength for compression is 0. 3—0. 4MPa. The gel is kept unchanged at 90℃ for 7 days. This gelling plugging agent might be recommended for use in water shutoff in oil production wells and profile modification in water injection wells.
