摘要
测定了不同水型的3种注水水样以不同比例两两相混时生成的沉淀量,通过对正交设计试验结果的旁析讨论了影响结垢的诸因素,从9种国产药剂中筛选出了包含5种药剂的复配阻垢剂,该剂在混合水中对CaSO_4、CaCO_3结垢有良好阻垢效果,具有很强的缓蚀性,能减轻混合水结垢对岩芯透渗率的伤害。
The compatibity of oilfield injection water of different types (CaCl_2, Na_2SO_4 and NaHCO_3) is studied by measuring the precipitations formed when each pair of water samples are mixed in whole composition and analyzing the influencing power of every factor involved with the help of orthogonalized designed experiments. It is shown that the total minerality of the one water in mixture is the most influencing factor. By using the same means a five-component compounded scale inhibitor consisting of EDTMP, sodium gluconate, tricthanolamine, (NaPO_3)_6, and PHPAM is selected and shown to be very effective in both scale (CaSO_4 and CaCO_3) and corrosion inhibition in mixed waters and to cause no damage of core permeability when PHPAM is replaced by HPMA.
