空井井喷失控条件下的控制技术——垫25井空井井喷控制实例

摘要 垫25井在钻井施工时出现了严重的井喷事故,本文介绍了处理垫25井井喷事故的工艺技术。实践表明,以水泥和水玻璃配成的速凝水泥浆具有良好的切断气流、封堵漏层的作用,在控制该井井喷的工作中发挥了重要的作用。 A dangerous uncontrolled eruption of gas was happened from gas well Diang 25 being drilled in stratum Tc^5_1(1251.49m depth) when drilling tools were lifted up to the surface. By putting a simple well head installation and injeeting a large quantity of water the wild blowout was turned into a controlled gas eruption. Squeezing continuously 30m^3 mud,30t baria suspended in fresh water and 30t cement in slurry into the well had suppressed the gas eruption but the mobil subsurface in vicinity of the well bore caused the failure of drilling installations and the gas drainage. By squeezing 30t cement in slurry at first and then cement slurry and water glass (3:1) simultaneously (which form a gel when mixed at the well top) the blowout was finally overcome.
