蛇形脱发和W形脱发嵌合分布1例

One case report of mosaic distribution of ophiasis and w-shaped alopecia areata

报道1例特殊表现的斑秃。患者男,7岁。头部脱发4年,表现为双颞部沿发际呈带状的蛇形脱发和前额沿发际呈W形脱发嵌合分布,经治疗皮损无明显变化。

Here we report a case of seven-year-old boy who has developed a rare alopecia areata(AA)with a hair loss of mosaic patterns of ophiasis and w-shape for4years.The hair loss represented an ophiasis type of AA at the hair margin of both temples and a w-shape pattern alopecia at frontal implantation line.No hair regrowth of hair had been observed after a6-month routine treatment.It probably represents a new pattern of AA which has not been reported previously.
