摘要
本文介绍用流变镜研究原油/水乳状液流变机理的初步结果。根据乳状液流变形态讨论了流变特征,对乳状液表观粘度值随切变速率增高而降低的机理提供了直观论据,在某一剪切速率下测得的流变性参数(粘度或应力)是各种流变形态综合作用的结果。
A novel instrument9 show-rheogoniometer, i.e. a cone-and-plate rheogoniometer equipted with observation glass, microscope and videocamera, is used for observing and studying morphologies of crude oil-in-water (1 : 1) emulsions in viscosimetric flow. The emulsions studied are prepared from a crude with acid value 1.55 mg KOH/g with the help of 1% petroleum sulfonate or 0.5% NaOH aqueous solutions. On the photos taken are clear shown the oil droplets coalesed at low (32.5) , desintegrated at intermediate (130) and deformed (elongated) at high (650s^(-1)) rates in the emulsion on petroleum sulfonate. These observations are consistant with viscosity determinations. Similar pictures are seen at different locations, from the center to the periphery of sample cell. The emulsion on NaOH has complicated fine structures.
