摘要 目的 探讨转化生长因子 β1(TGFβ1)在肾癌发生、发展中的作用及与预后关系。 方法 采用免疫组化ABC法对 4 5例肾癌组织中TGFβ1表达进行了研究 ,对患者存活率进行回顾性随访。 结果 癌旁肾组织中TGFβ1阳性表达率显著高于肾癌组织。TGFβ1阳性表达率随肾癌病理分级和临床分期的上升而下降 ,染色强度也减弱。TGFβ1阳性表达组 3年及 5年存活率高于阴性表达组。结论 TGFβ1为肾癌的负性调节因子 ,对抑制肾癌的恶性转化和进展可能有重要的意义。 Purpose To study the effect of TGFβ1 in the oncogenesis and development of renal cell carcinoma(RCC) and its relationship to prognosis. Methods Expression of TGFβ1 was assayed in 45 cases of human RCC using ABC method of immunohistochemical technique. The survival rate had been followed up. Results The results showed that TGFβ1 staining in adjacent normal tissue were significantly stronger than that in tumor tissue, and expression of TGFβ1 were significantly correlated with tumor grade, stage and prognosis. The tumors, which were of high grade, and strongly invasive ability, had much less expression of TGFβ1 whose staining was lighter. The survival rate of three years or five years in patients with positive expression of TGFβ1 was much higher than that with the negative expression. Conclusion TGFβ1 is a potent inhibitor of malignant transformation of RCC and may be used as a major predictor of malignant potential and prognosis.
