摘要
目的 设计肾穿刺活检病理诊断数据分析系统并在工作中应用。方法 该系统选择了一般资料、临床资料、常规光镜和免疫病理学检查、电镜检查。其中肾小球是研究重点 ,包括内皮细胞、基膜、上皮细胞、系膜细胞、系膜基质、毛细血管腔、肾小球囊等检查数据。结果 通过多元分析 ,求出权值。据此对照数据库中各种诊断分类的权值相比较 ,提出最接近的一种或几种病名供病理医师作诊断决策。系统还提供了各种检索和报表输出方式。结论 该系统可以积累科学数据 ,协助病理医师诊断决策。并首次提出了诊断系数的概念 ,取值范围 0~ 1。
Purpose To design a data analysis system of renal biopsy and applied in work. Methods The system chose patient's general situation, laboratory data, pathologic morphology by light and fluorescence microscope, and electron microscope. The globules was emphasis. Results By multivariate analyse, put forward one or several diagnoses for pathologist. The database may be searched in various groups of key words, and exported by screen or printer. Conclusions This system may accumulate data and assist pathologic diagnosis. The author propounded an idea of diagnostic quotiety which represented a degree of credibility.
