下颌牵张成骨中髁突软骨Ⅲ型胶原的变化

Change of type Ⅲ collagen in condyle in mandibular distraction osteogenesis

目的 :观察下颌牵张成骨中髁状突胶原的变化特征 ,探讨牵张成骨对关节软骨的影响 .方法 :采用SABC免疫组化方法检测犬在下颌双侧牵张成骨固定期的不同阶段 (0 ,2 ,4和 8wk)Ⅲ型胶原分布及含量的变化 .结果 :Ⅲ型胶原的表达随时间的延长逐渐增加 ,至 4wk达到顶峰 ,随后逐渐减弱 .结论 :在下颌双侧牵张成骨中 ,颞下颌关节软骨发生适应性改建 。

AIM: To study the effects of mandibular distraction osteogenesis in the remodeling of canine temporomandibular joint. METHODS: After establishing the canine model of bilaterall mandibular distraction osteogenesis, the expression of type Ⅲ collagen in condyle cartilage was examined by immunohistochemical method. RESULTS: Type Ⅲ collegan in the condyle cartilage was enhanced after the completion of the distraction. The expression reached the peak at around the fourth week and then declined. CONCLUSION : The remodeling of temporomandibular joint in mandibular distraction osteogenesis may come from stimulating the collagen synthesis and secretion of cartilage cells.
