摘要
目的 :观察不同剂量乌拉地尔对大鼠脊髓神经电生理的影响 .方法 :2 4只Wistar大鼠随机分为生理盐水、乌拉地尔 0 .0 75mg ,乌拉地尔 0 .15mg和乌拉地尔 0 .3mg 4组 ,行坐骨神经电刺激 ,在脊髓近心端记录其复合动作电位 .结果 :脉冲电压的幅度改变及传导时程的改变不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;乌拉地尔 0 .15mg组与生理盐水组相比 ,脉冲电压的幅度及传导时程的改变差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;乌拉地尔 0 .3mg组与生理盐水组相比 ,两项指标差异十分显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;乌拉地尔 0 .3mg组与 0 .15mg组相比以及乌拉地尔 0 .0 75mg组与生理盐水组相比 ,两项指标相差均不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :乌拉地尔在脊髓水平上抑制神经冲动的传导与剂量有关 .
AIM: To observe the effects of urapidil in different dosages on the electric physiology of spinal cord in rats. METHOD: 24 Wistar rats were randomized into 4 groups: saline, urapidil 0.075, 0.15 and 0.3 mg. The sciatic nerve was stimulated and the range of compound action potential on near heart tip of spinal cord was recorded. RESULTS: There was a significant difference between groups of urapidil 0.15 mg and saline ( P <0.05) and great significant difference between groups of urapidil 0.3 mg and saline ( P < 0.01) in the range of compound action potential (RCAP) and the time of nerve’s electric conduction (TNEC). There was no significant difference between groups of urapidil 0.075 mg and saline or groups of urapidil 0.3 mg and 0.15 mg. CONCLUSION: Urapidil restrains the conduction of nerve’s impulse in the spinal cord in a dose dependent manner.
