摘要
用配备能谱仪的扫描电子显微镜研究了 2 7SiMn中同一腐蚀孔三个不同区段的元素分布 ,发现腐蚀孔前端有锰富聚现象 .
This paper conducts an analytical investigation of three different sections of a pit in 27SiMn,finds Mn-enrichment at the pitting front end by means of SEM+EXD examination and explains the Mn-enr ichment phenomenon.
