摘要
拟除虫菊酯是从天然除虫菊酯发展而来的高效、广谱、低毒及安全的杀虫剂。自1949年Schechter首次合成拟除虫菊酯—烯丙菊酯(Allethrin)以来,巳有20多种商品化。
A new method was used in the preparation of 2-naphthylmethyl cyclopropane-car-boxylate(4). Acaricide was prepared in the presence of PTC (TOMAC) cyclopropane-1, 1-dicarboxylic acid. then decarboxylated to give the monocarboxylic acid. Esterification of thesodium monocarboxylate with 2-(bromomethyl) napnthylene give the title acaricide. The to-tal yield is 12.9% and the purity is 95.5%. Preliminary experiment showed that this com-pound has the ability to kill Tetranychus urtical Koch. (Two-Spotted spider mite).
