三丁基锡O,O-二芳基二硫代磷酸酯的合成及生物活性的初步研究

Synthesis of Tributyltin O, O-diaryldithiophosphates and Preliminary Study of Their Biological Activities

在有机锡化合物中三丁基锡衍生物的研究较多较早,主要用作船舶防污涂料,木材防腐和灭钉螺等。有关三丁基锡O,O-二芳基二硫代磷酸酯的研究至今仅有两篇文献分别报道了三丁基锡O,O-二苯基二硫代磷酸酯的合成和13C,119Sn NMR,其它二芳基二硫代磷酸酯尚无报道。本文报道三丁基锡O,O-二芳基二硫代磷酸酯的合成及其部分化合物的生物活性。反应方程式如下:

14 tributyltin O, O-diarylthiophosphates were synthesed via the reaction of tribu-tyltin chloride with KSP(S) (OAr)_2 and of TBTO with HSP(S) (OAr)_2. The IR, ~1H NMRand elemental analysis of carbon and hydrogen of all compouds as well as the ^(13)C, ^(119)SnNMR, and MS of some compounds were determined. These results revealed that the struc-ture of this kind of compounds consists of discrete molecules containing four-coordinate tinatoms. The bioassay of some compounds showed that they had highly miticidal activity andeven better herbicidal and fungicidal activities.
