摘要
自1881年Baeyer首次合成酚酞以来,有关酚酞及酚酞盐结构的研究就一直在不断地进行着。起初只能通过化学模拟反应逐步确定中性酚酞的分子结构。
Several phenolphthalein potassium salts (PPK) prepared in PP/K_2CO_3/DMSO orPP/KOH/DMSO were characterized with IR, ~1H NMR and ~13C NMR. In PP/K_2CO_3/DMSOprocess, almost all of the phenolphthalein salts formed exist in the lactone type. However,in PP/KOH/DMSO process the quinone-type isomer was predominant The structure of PPKwas found to have strong relevance to the bases used in the reaction.
