摘要
龙眼是华南著名水果,学名DimocarpusLongan Lour,属无患子科(Sapindaceae)龙眼属植物。果壳味甘,性温,无毒,水煎液外涂可治皮肤过敏,痈疖,止痛等,其化学成分未见报道。龙眼壳干用石油醚冷浸提取经硅胶层析,可得无色平板状晶体,220℃左右升华。经高分辨质谱,红外光谱,紫外光谱。
The crystal structure of Longan Triterpanc-A, C_(30)H_(52)O, has been solved by directmethods. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group C_2 with the crystallographicparameters: a=1.3419(4), b=0.6422(2). c=2.9586(7)nm, β=91.91(2)°; Z=4, D_c=1.12g/cm^3. D_m=1.10g/cm^3, F(000)=960.2221 independent reflections with I≥5σ(I) wereused in the structure determination and the crystal structure had been refined by full matrixleast-squares method to a final R of 0.068.
